Our school offers courses that allow participants to discover the German language, deepen their knowledge, or refine their skills. We provide classes at all levels, for all ages, enriched by Germany’s cultural, traditional, and geographical diversity. Our qualified, German-speaking teachers use a communicative approach that highlights German culture and civilization.

Baie-D'Urfé School West Island Area - In-person classes

Our classes are for everyone and we can accommodate students without any knowledge of German as well as native German speakers. Since our courses are accredited by the Ministry of Education of Québec, our secondary students receive four creditsfor each year completed.

We also offer Deutsches Sprachdiplom I and II classes. The text and exams for this course of study are selected by the Council of Education Ministers of Germany and their successful completion certifies that the students possess the requisite German language proficiency required of foreign students who wish to study at the university level in Germany.

Our classes are small for individual attention, and are taught by qualified German-speaking teachers. Students are grouped according to age and knowledge and classes are structured to incorporate traditions, folklore, music and geography of the German-speaking countries into the academic program.
